FAQs

A little clarity before you begin.

If your question is not answered here, email Eli at hello@bloomjourney.co.uk.

Is Bloom counselling or therapy?

No. Bloom provides practical guidance, structured support and compassionate conversation. It does not replace counselling, therapy, medical care, legal advice or regulated financial advice.

Who is Bloom for?

Bloom is currently for women navigating separation, divorce or the early stages of rebuilding. It is best suited to someone willing to engage honestly and take manageable steps with support.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Bloom launches online across the UK, allowing you to join from a private place that feels comfortable.

Can I book outside normal office hours?

Yes. Daytime and evening appointments are available, with weekend sessions where necessary and subject to availability.

What happens in the 90-minute review?

Eli will understand your current life, safety, support, wellbeing and most urgent needs. You will leave with clearer priorities, practical next steps, tailored signposting and the beginnings of your Bloom Roadmap.

What is Bloom Connect?

Bloom Connect is optional WhatsApp support for members of the eight-week programme. It is for questions, progress updates and clarification between sessions. It is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency or crisis service.

What is Bloom Beside You?

Bloom Beside You is optional, separately priced support for selected important meetings or calls. Eli can help you prepare, attend as a calm support person, take notes where appropriate and organise your next steps afterwards. She does not provide specialist advice, speak on your behalf or act as your representative. Face-to-face attendance may include separately agreed travel time and expenses.

Can my employer fund Bloom?

Yes. Bloom welcomes employer-funded places. Arrangements and invoicing can be handled directly while protecting the member’s confidentiality.

What if Bloom is not the right service for me?

Eli will be honest about Bloom’s scope. If another specialist service is more appropriate, she will explain this sensitively and help identify a suitable next step.
