About Bloom
Bloom provides non-clinical practical guidance and structured support for women navigating separation and divorce. Bloom does not provide therapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, medical treatment or regulated financial advice.
Using the website
Website content is general information and is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or copy Bloom materials for commercial use.
Booking and payment
An appointment request is not confirmed until Bloom has accepted the requested time and payment has been received. The 90-minute review is payable in full. Instalment arrangements for the eight-week programme must be agreed in writing before it starts.
Bloom Beside You
Meeting attendance is an optional, separately priced service and is subject to Eli’s availability and the agreement of the professional or other participants involved. Eli attends as a support person and does not provide legal, financial or clinical advice, speak on your behalf or act as your representative. Face-to-face bookings may carry additional charges for travel time, mileage or public transport, parking, tolls and necessary accommodation. The service fee and estimated travel costs will be agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Bloom’s final notice period and charges will be stated clearly before payment. Statutory cancellation rights for services purchased at a distance will be respected. If you ask Bloom to begin services during a statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to provide express consent and may need to pay for services already supplied if you later cancel.
Member responsibilities
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified specialist help when needed. Bloom works best as a partnership: honest engagement, respectful communication and reasonable effort on agreed actions are expected.
Bloom Connect
Bloom Connect is optional, responds as reasonably possible during Bloom working hours and is not monitored continuously. It must not be used for urgent, emergency or crisis matters.
Confidentiality and safeguarding
Information is handled confidentially within the limits described in Bloom’s privacy notice and client agreement. Bloom may act or share proportionate information where required by law or where there is a serious concern about the safety of a child, the member or another person.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Bloom is not responsible for decisions made by members or for the acts, advice or availability of independent third-party services.
Contact

These launch terms are a working draft and require professional review once Bloom’s legal owner, pricing, cancellation rules and suppliers are finalised.
